How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on US orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
Our products ship from different warehouses so they reach you faster. Each package has its own tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, your order may already be on its way.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We're working on it.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at haessteve@outlook.com and we'll send a replacement or a refund. There's no need to return the damaged item.
